The Mentol Pro team took an active part in the annual Cisco Virtual Partner Summit 2018.
The Cisco Virtual Partner Summit 2018 brought together Cisco executives and industry leading experts in Las Vegas for partner sessions. Participants emphasized the importance and relevance of Cisco technologies in digital transformation and changing approaches to business development.

Amy Chang, Senior Vice President, Collaboration Technology Group, announced the company's new product offerings in the field of collaboration technologies. To emphasize the importance of Unified Communication in business she presented five-year statistical studies on the rapid growth in the number of calls made using cloud services, and also noted a steady increase in the use of Contact Centers. Essential factors for increasing the efficiency of collaboration are the quality and predictability of technologies, which could be reached by using quality control and monitoring.

Mentol Pro solution is designed to provide high reliability and confidence in the quality of collaboration services, which is achieved through smart monitoring mechanisms, troubleshooting, and proactive notifications system.
