The installation of Mentol Pro software on Linux distributions provides voice engineering team with complete control over the Unified Communications system. Updates and support of Windows servers won’t affect operations of Mentol Pro. The use of Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE Linux Enterprise with PostgreSQL provides a reduction in the requirements for hardware resources and more efficient data processing on the available hardware.

Mentol Pro has completed testing by Avaya’s DevConnect and Inline Pro technical teams. The solution is officially recognized as compliant with Avaya Aura® Release 8.0 on 16 August 2018. This means that user of Avaya Unified Communications Solutions can utilize Mentol Pro for monitoring of equipment, voice quality control, troubleshooting and call accounting as certified solution.
